• In the manufacture of our solid timber frames all the cross members and corner blocks are rebated into the  frame for a very strong construction.
• The moulded cushion rubbers are glued and machine pressed through precision rollers for maximum bonding strength. The handrails are attached with heavy duty  hex-head roofing screws, to give top cushion bounce for many years.
• Our tables are stained in the colour of your choice and finished in a two-pack lacquer, in either low-sheen, satin or high gloss to give the SUPERB FINISH that we are known for.
• The slate is PRECISION GROUND and GLUED to the frame for strength and stability (except 12' x 6').
